Your first fans have a name and a city
A pre-save count tells you how many. Presave tells you who and where, with the fan's permission.
A classic pre-save gives the artist a number. "1,200 pre-saves" feels good, but it does not tell you who those people are, where they live or how to reach them again.
A pre-save on Presave is a person
When a fan pre-saves on Presave, they join your list. You see:
- Their country and city.
- Their initials and a masked email.
- After our team checks your ID, their full name and email, ready to download.
Fans see a clear notice when they pre-save. They can stop sharing with you at any time.
Why city matters
Your fan list shows where you are heard. That changes real decisions:
- Where to play the next show.
- Where to put your ad budget after release day.
- Which cities get tickets first.
Thank the people who came first
The first fans are not a follower count. They heard your track once and chose you. You can thank them with a reward: a merch code, early tickets or a bonus demo. When a fan pre-saves, your message goes to their email.
The rule we keep
Fan data belongs to the relationship between the artist and the fan. Presave never sells it, and a fan's email is never public. An artist gets more detail only after we check who they are.
